Thank you for working with us at Shop Accelerator.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for our primary Shop Accelerator marketing packages.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Shop Accelerator LLC, 6835 E Camelback Rd Suite B15.

  • Goods refer to the services rendered.

  • Purchases mean any monetary transaction between you and us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Shop Accelerator, accessible from

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your purchase within 30 days if the total gross revenue generated for your business by the efforts of Shop Accelerator is not greater than the 1st service charge.

The deadline for cancelling is 30 days from the date on which You initially paid for the service.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the refund request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the purchase.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The services were purchased in the last 30 days

  • You did not experience a monetary Return on Investment in the form of gross revenue generated by leads & customers in your Shop Accelerator database

The following services cannot be refunded:

  • Shop Accelerator LITE services

  • Any one-time coaching/training services

  • Any one-time optimization services

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any services that do not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.
